Adopting Charlie

Some of you may have heard by now that we are planning to adopt a child from the Ukraine. We have long thought of the possibility of adoption and through the influence of some dear friends, we have been brought to the threshold. We will be completing the beginning phase of paperwork in order to become eligible for adoption. Please pray for us that we will be able to discern which child is our child and that the process would go smoothly. I am excited and only grow more excited the more I think about it. Please pray also that the Lord would provide us the funds to take such a step. Most importantly, pray for our child, Charles Luke, that he will be taken care of and that we will come to him in the Lord's time. We are expecting to be able to travel to the Ukraine in the Spring.
